I wish I could rate this 0. This bank Has to be the worst never pays my insurance on time every year I have to constantly be on the phone with them or else it won’t get paid. Definitely looking to switch
I had my mortgage transfered to Flagstar Bank and so far it has been a poor experience. My loan information was not processed in accordance with the schedule in their written communication. And when I called (because the acount info wasn't ready to use the online login) the customer survive rep I talked to was very confused and unclear about what was going on. I had to ask a lot of question to get the info I needed. Hopefully this will be smoothed out and isn't indicative of their overall service.
