I have been a client of flagstar novi for about 7 months after banking w another institution for many many years i switched over to flagstar and the novi branch is closest to me i was intiteled to some perks due to the type of account i had i had not received what was promised so i dealt w julia the bank manager to resolve the issue she was on top of it immediately it was handled very quickly and she calledme back couple times i love this bank they truly care about there clients they want u to be happy i feel very important ... read more
I had a very bad experience with this location. I am very sad and disappointed. It looks like they lack knowledge !
This is a well-run branch (kudos to Mgr Julia) with great personnel. Shout out to Asst Mgr Lindsay for her excellent service and being so accommodating.
This Branch of Flagstar Bank is great. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
Needed statements form years ago, they were very helpful in doing this for me. Only complaint is not enough bank locations
