I thought a lot about this review before writing it, but because of the blatant error on the administrative side, which cost me a lot of time and money, and resulted in me falling out of favor with a customer that I really enjoyed working for. The owner of this place is amazing. I really enjoy talking to him and he knows a lot about Flooring and they only sell quality stuff there. The whole team is lovely! They were patient with us coming in over and over to look at different samples, and they let us take home large enough swatches to really tell how they would work in our space. They collaborated seamlessly with our installer, Jay. We would most definitely work with them again!
Keith and his installer Jay are such good, honest folks. They took care of an issue we had with our 4 year old carpeting and replaced everything beautifully. I recommend them to anyone in need of flooring.
