RecommendedThe Flagstaff Visitor Center is a friendly place to visit. I want to say thanks to the people working there. They are so helpful, even when they get swamped with a bus load of people. I love perusing through the gift shop filled with all sorts of cool, reasonably priced souvenirs and Northern Arizona keepsakes. I take my grandchildren there every time they come to town. They love watching the train circling overhead and their highlight is to walk right out the door and wave at the engineer passing by on the real train!
Love this place, the people are so helpful and friendly
First, I love this place because it was the first place I ever boarded an Amtrak train (and one of the last pleasant memories of that nightmare journey). Second, because it was the first place my future wife and I stopped after driving all night from Gallup. Third, it's a great meeting spot near some of my favorite places in one of my favorite town in America.

I was so thrilled to buy the tickets for the Chocolate walk at the Visitor Center. Not only was the Chocolate Walk sooooo much fun but I was impressed with the gentleman that sold me the tickets. He was so excited about hosting this event. Also, since I have only lived in Flagstaff a short time, I learned so much about the shops and community. Wozsa! What a great experience. Thank you Visitor Center! Thank you all the shops is Flagstaff!❤️

This is the least friendly visitor center. No one greeted us. No one asked what our plans are or offered to help. My husband and another gentleman were trying to figure out park passes and no one offered assistance. We had purchases as the selection is quite nice and we weren't chatted up at checkout, either. I certainly hope this is not representative of the fine people of Flagstaff. Y'all need to up your hospitality 100%.
