Love the place 1st time I've ever hit the jackpot can't wait to get back
Would have been way better if we could have taken a shower even if we had to pay For it. Was very disappointed billboard didn't say oh before you can get a shower you have to have a 100 member points.
I just love coming to Twin Arrows. It feels like a remote retreat because it's so isolated. I've had dinner at the buffet and breakfast at the café; both were very good experiences. The rooms are tastefully decorated, modern, and if you're on a higher floor, sport really nice views. The bed was comfortable and the overall experience was a good one! This place is immaculate and clean. We stayed in a 4th floor executive king. Everything from the size of the room and the quality of the bed to the huge towels and name brand soap made the hotel itself impressive. The service was up and down, the bartender at the Oasis was extremely helpful and the steakhouse was what you'd expect from a casino level steakhouse. My only complaints are, the room service muffed up our scheduled breakfast and it was largely over priced. $45 for a $18 breakfast that was good but not worth the mo... read more
I stayed here for 2 days, and only 3 people smiled.. When we checked in the 2 ladies just stood back from counter and looked at us. We had to make the move for her to get it we needed her to check us in... The only employees that smile or were pleasant was the waitress at the steak restaurant, players club rep and the valet lady when I left this morning... The casino is very very small. Made 2 reservations at Zenith, my husband works at the casino, and I have to say the food was AMAZING. The servers we had were phenomenal, they checked on us and explained to us what would be good to order. For the two special occasions (one being our anniversary) it was worth it ❤️ I am also a huge fan of the coffee shop, sometimes my husband will bring me home a cup of your amazing chai tea latte when he gets off work ☕️
