This hotel is really nice!!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!! Loved our mountain view!!! Great food and very reasonably priced!!!

I attended a meaningful conference however there were a few setbacks with the services of the casino. The sound system in one conference room was not available and with the elderly in attendance they had a difficult time hearing the speaker. The lunch drinks ran out, napkins not available, small but important things. Services should live up to the beauty of the place.
Check in customer service could of been more helpful and friendly. The entire casino floor and lobby area you could smell cigarette smoke. It's a casino I get it but the smell was overwhelming. On a good note the room was nice.
Passed by here numerous times, decided to stop this time. Large truck parking that gets packed as the night goes on. I decided to try the buffet, it was the equivalent of a truck stop buffet. Food was ok but it wasent standards of other casinos along i40. For gaming my favorite games of Roulette and Craps they only offer electronic versions which don't offer the same experience. Played some slots fun but not my game style.
1st casino I've experienced where they have someone policing the entrance of the casino shooing away those under 21. There are NO other facilities that would occupy the wait time, for guests who do not gamble. Hotel and casino, is all you get keep that in mind. The entrance to the building is the only welcoming part of the experience. The employees could use some work. A lot of it.
