The machines and tables are so tight lately, the pitboss are not friendly not all but some of it!!they need to go back to training in customer service! The buffet experience was not great at all no food refill and filthy tables, and the restrooms are not clean went to 3 restrooms in the casino floor oh man pee are scattered in the floor, there some unflush bowl disgusting! Everything was perfect! The room was beautifully decorated and immaculate. We enjoyed the buffet. We were looking forward to some gambling after dinner, however, there is no, No Smoking area in the casino, and it was very smoky. That is my only criticism. The casino needs a better ventilation system and/or a no smoking section.

The staff was friendly. The room was VERY clean. My biggest complaint is we didn't have 2 queen size beds in our room.... And the price was pretty steep.
The resort ok, marketing not that great, employees in cafe need training in customer service, they are very unprofessional serving customers, people visiting and passing thru expect 4/5 diamond service
Excellent! Definitely will be staying here again! The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable!
For a new casino, a lot of old slots. Don't bother stopping.
