Big rig parking, and the veggie burger was amazing! Thank you for everything. We will be back.
The room was wonderful with a beautiful view. The food available, not so much. To get to the buffet, you have to walk through the casino which is heavy with smoke. The other eating venue is a sports bar which was very noisy. The choices on that menu were limited for those who want to eat healthier. The pool and spa are good. The staff seemed tired and grumpy.
From the very start of our stay we had the most pleasant and professional service. Every interaction with staff members was extremely helpful and kind mannered. The only suggestion would be that the valet members would be willing to open the door for guests that are carrying in baggage. We had a blast there gambling and can't wait for a return visit!
I was dissappointed in the customer service I recieved via phone to have a coworker check in early. I had explained she needed to check in earlier than me. They required a $100 deposit with a 3rd party credit card form to be filled out and sent back to them! 1 one, I was on the road for travel, no access to a printer to receive the form needed to by email. I was like..really! The desk clerk response was, "Oh well". I asked for her name and her supervisor. I was being patient with from the get go and to hear response erked me... read more

It was a very great experience my husband and I had and we plan on returning in the near future!
It was very clean (restrooms, room,) The food good and lots of variety. I'll definitely go there again and recommend it to friends and daily

This casino is a smoking casino ... as most are here in the West. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is very clean (albeit it does have smokers, and I'm not a smoker). Many food choices and the quality of the food is great. The hotel is wonderful. Non smoking. Very clean and modern ... even have a Keurig coffee machine in every room. The entire facility was built in 2013. Great place ... highly recommended.
