This was a very nice casino friendly people good food I even won a little money
Things were much better in our last visit here at Twins Arrow. The room was nice other then this the buffet was horrible. Food was cold n not very tasty. Also food trays were empty. Area was messy, server behind buffet line was harsh, workers seem unhappy at doing their job, I.e no smiles, did not look up, threw dishes around. People rude at Players Club. Harsh tone of voice. Bad experience with the Sports Bar from the time we got seated until we left. We did not have a waitress from the beginning but the table on each side of us had someone waiting on them. After 15 mins of waiting I went up to management and asked about getting service., I said excuse me and her response was yes, not how may I help you.
