If I could give 4.5 Stars I would. First time staying at Twin Arrows. Rooms are Fantastic! Spacious, Clean, and Comfortable with all the Modern Ammenities. Loved the Linens and the Free Bottles Water and in room Coffee available. Had some Solid food at the Sports Bar. Very well stocked bar with a Great Happy Hour (very reasonable drink prices). Great Casino Gaming Floor too. Had a Fantastic Time and will return again. You won’t be disappointed. ✌️
I really need to Vent We have stayed at Twin Arrows almost every month since it opened and have loved staying here . After my experience today I don’t no if we will be back. Jon went to take a shower this morning and long black hair started swirling in the shower. Since our room telephone was not working ....I had to go to the desk and inform that it was apparent no one cleaned our shower. The hostess that seated us was rude, waitress was short and rude well taking order no customer service skills. For being first time here was not a great experience . Truck parking was the best thing.
Very nice, I won a little bit of money. Hubby just made a donation.
I love going to twin Arrows, play bingo, services is great. I had no problem at all...

Outstanding service with remarkable friendly staff. Upon arrival, we were informed valet was a complimentary service which was an unexpected surprise. Impressive dining areas with hard working individuals.
