Eileen was great in helping us sell a townhouse in Pinnacle Pines. We had a contingent contract on our home while keeping our listing active (as the contingency was based on the other party selling their property first to close.) We ended up getting another offer and closed with it. It was a complicated scenario which she helped us navigate smoothly. She also lined up contractors to take care of repairs.
