Cindy at Flagstaff Neurosurgy is cold hearted and rude! Dr Sam Safavi Abbasi performed a surgery on April 15th on my back! He fused T-10 to L-2! If I lived near Flagstaff Arizona, I definitely would do a follow up visit, but I don’t! So I called the office telling Cindy that I had an MRI performed and I wanted the opinion of the surgeon Sam Safavi that performed the surgery to give me his opinion if I needed a second surgery!
