One of the men that did my manicure was purposely going super fast so he could go take a smoke break, cut me with the file, and didn’t use cuticle lotion/oil to gently push my cuticles back. He instead pushed my cuticles back hard with the tool and laughed at my nails while another male nail tech looked at my hands. Poor customer service. Then he ruined a nail after it was polished and gave me the polish to fix it. I will NEVER go back.
