Don't come here if you're disabled - they won't make accommodations for you. My sister is blind and was refused admittance. The reason given was that she needed one-on-one care, which she doesn't. She lives in an assisted living facility, and only needs help getting around and bathing. She was interviewed without the ability for me to be present. so I don't know what transpired. this was my first time in a psychiatric ward, i was admitted into the psychiatric ward for wanting to hurt myself and depression, when i was first admitted i felt anxious and scared, but it really helped me get back on my feet & the nursing staffs were always so caring and sweet, lastly the food there was good (maybe better than my mom’s). i really recommend coming to this hospital.
