Dominic was a super sales rep and committed in getting us into a vehicle that is reliable and in good condition. From email to customer service in person, he was helpful in every step of the process to get us into a vehicle and out the door. Definitely ask for Dominic when stopping by.
Because of a hiccup with the Service Dept. not having my Truck done in the time frame that I was quoted. Jacob Rinehart took care of the situation very professionally. Because of his excellent people skills and friendliness we got through a situation that could have turned ugly. Jacob is definitely an asset to your dealership! Jacob was very professional and easy to work with. We called and made an appointment and there was no waiting. The oil change was done in a timely matter We used the courtesy shuttle to go get breakfast and then called for it to pick us up. Very convenient. Char the driver was great!
Jacob R. helped me out while my car was being serviced. He was very friendly and I could tell he cared about my best interest and not just telling me I need to fix everything. He gave me practical solutions and got my service done much faster than I expected. I’d recommend Jacob as your guy at this shop!
