Customer service was incompetent and rude! I had to repeatedly return because a service wasn’t done or wasn’t finished. The service department manager was no help either, the cashier rudely yanked paperwork out of my hand, the service desk was incompetent and rude, and upper management never gave me a call back when she told me she would.
