My Cadillac recently broke down on a trip from Lake Havasu to Colorado. Unfortunately, my 2023 Cadillac Escalade was one that had the recall. We had complete engine failure about 30 miles outside of Flagstaff. I was stranded on the side of the road and had my truck towed to Flagstaff Chevy. Their service rider Jacob handled my case from day one and gave me timely updates and really helpful pull through when this happened just a few days before Christmas. Worst service i have ever had. Been here since 9:30. They "fixed" the sensor and were told the car was done at 10:59. Drove it down the road and the same lights came back on. Called dealership and they said bring it back. It is now 1:30 and still have no car. Told them to bring me my car and we will go somewhere else. I HIGHLY recommend going to a different dealership for service. The people here do not car about your business especially if your car is under warranty.

If I could give them 0 stars, I WOULD! I wished I never went back. The service department will lie to you and then have a condescending attitude towards you. The owner never will not call you back or respond in any way!
