5 stars! FAC’s first concern is their members and the members’ safety.
Been a member for several years and the facilities have been deteriorating. Mold in showers even though reported, are not cleaned. Policies seem to get more restrictive each year and prices increasing. Personal training session options limited and overly expensive for most trainers.
Love this gym! I love their group fitness and the freestyle room upstairs with plenty of equipment to do your own thing.
I am very happy to say that FAC worked with me with a problem we had with swim lessons. Thank you FAC!
As a long time member 20+ years...out of town for a few months and accidentally let my membership laps a few months they refused to credit when I was gone...and kept charging and then sent me to collections and added $400 on top of what they already overcharged me....yeah..nice 20 year friend...nice...thanks but no thanks..so much for small town business...they just wanna screw you like the big boys do!!
