The community is supportive and the classes are great! Equipment and gym in good condition. Challenging cross-fit workouts where you can always scale up/down to your activity levels. But the membership management is poor. I opted out after the first month trial for health reasons. They charged me for month 2, then processed a refund. Fast forward to month 3 and they’re still charging me. “Unlimited open gym” is far from unlimited. Today there is only a single 90 minute time slot offered, and on Saturday and Sunday there is no time slot at all. $215 per month for that level of access is insulting.

It’s a judgment-free space, and no prior experience is needed to start working toward your goals. The team is responsive and addresses any questions or concerns directly. I highly recommend this gym as a great place to begin your path to better health.
