Unfortunately, I'm sitting in the Westroads food court time now, wondering why this Hotel Cali maki roll is cold when it just came out, and is wrapped so loosely that it falls apart. I just visited one of your restraunts in west Omaha. (Roja) I ordered two chips and queso with beef to go. And to my GREAT anger when I opened them when I got home. Both (not one but BOTH) containers of queso are barely half full. WTF!! How in the hell are you going to charge me $18 for what equates to one container. This is ludicrous at best or your horrible idea as the managing company. Which is it? I also called the manager when I opened my food.
