I have nothing good to say SO HERE GOES: The back of house starts leaking ... no one comes. Back of house falls off and stays like that for weeks! Roof leaking over my bed where I sleep in the EARLY summer. They just fixed that last week. No doors on my upstairs bedroom and bathroom, was inconvenienced for a whole day in AUGUST. Guess what there are still no doors! Informed them of water damage to back room window ... sent pictures when we moved in in APRIL. It's now JANUARY and it looks way worse now. Nothing but terrible experiences any time there’s an issue with our rental. Repairs are slow (if they ever come... years later) but you’re really quick to hear about increases in rent (for maintenance purposes of course) 🙄 It’s been a super awesome experience.. except not.
