Constantly never in office when business hours state 9am-5pm. I was shortened on my deposit refund they charged me for blinds that I bought and for a Ceiling light that their maintenance fixed. 3 of my outlets didnt work because he had to rewrite them so could have light but soon as I move an wait for my deposit back they charged me for it claiming it had to be fixed. This company took my money and lied about the credit check. I called TransUnion and ***** had ran my credit in a month and they gave me a false credit score. When I called transunion my score was over a hundred points more than what they told me. Im concerned I was racially profiled. They had no proof they had contacted the credit bureau and refused to provide any proof of the results without showing up at the company. ***** was very rude and they supplied no confirmation. Horrible experience. I would never rent from them again. After I moved out of their apartment they are not wanting to give me all of my security deposit back. They even tried to accuse me twice of not giving a 30 day notice for moving out. Charging me for minor things that is normal wear and tear that wouldn’t be considered tenants responsibility. After all I was a great tenant and took care of the place. And never damaged anything.

OWNERS BEWARE! I just want to first start by saying this company does NOT care for their clients, they are money driven and they get their emotions involved when responding to owners. When I first spoke to the owner which I believe his name is Brian, I only heard from him once when he was excited for me to sign his contract. I never heard from him again until I had an issue with an employee for not explaining how their “system” works and for having a home warranty that slowed down his process so his guys can charge me. My wife and I own a property that we rent out. We managed the property ourselves for about five or six years. This had become a huge undertaking while we both worked full time jobs. Things break, renters don't pay rent, neighbors complain and the list goes on and on. At times we were paying for our tenants to live in our property because they could not pay the rent. One step above a slum lord. I filed a maintenance request via their online portal, assuming this would be the fastest/most efficient, since there would be an electronic record of it. I called two weeks later to ask what the delay was, and was told they were in a very busy period so could not get to all requests right away. A week later I again called and was told it had been taken care of a week ago, because the contractor told them it was done. Apparently no one had checked if what was requested was actually done.
