Horrible experience. I would never rent from them again. After I moved out of their apartment they are not wanting to give me all of my security deposit back. They even tried to accuse me twice of not giving a 30 day notice for moving out. Charging me for minor things that is normal wear and tear that wouldn’t be considered tenants responsibility. After all I was a great tenant and took care of the place. And never damaged anything.
OWNERS BEWARE! I just want to first start by saying this company does NOT care for their clients, they are money driven and they get their emotions involved when responding to owners. When I first spoke to the owner which I believe his name is Brian, I only heard from him once when he was excited for me to sign his contract. I never heard from him again until I had an issue with an employee for not explaining how their “system” works and for having a home warranty that slowed down his process so his guys can charge me.
