I love the flagship crew. They are so helpful and truly care.
Seeing a lot of bad reviews, but I personally had a great experience. We had a great house down town for a year and anytime something needed fixed, Curt, their handyman, was a friendly face that took care of things right away. The ladies at the front desk were always easy to talk to with any concerns we had. The actual owner of our home was the only reason we moved out, as he abandoned the house and created a hard situation for everyone involved but flagship made the unexpected move really easy on us. I really enjoyed the apartment, really, to this day it is one of the nicest ones ive ever rented.... But that's where the positives end. Most if not all the staff are rude, and if you ever do rent here, double check your rent receipts, There's been a few times when i've had to point out the total that was a few hundred short of whats actually there. We were late on rent once, and we got a 3 day vacate from them (pretty standard they would have me believe) well we paid the total, including late fee, and literally the next day... read more
