If I could leave 0 stars I would. We rented through flag ship for 16 months and it was by far my worst rental experience. Not only was the house the definition of the landlord special (terrible paint job, sloppy replacements, broken blinds, broken doors, doors literally put on backwards, & plenty more). The maintenance was literally one man who was apparently a “jack of all trades” any issue we reported to them including plumbing, electrical, & foundational was all handled by one man who never fixed anything!
