Meg Hyatt is the best Property Manager hands down I have ever worked with! Flagship is lucky to have her on staff! My HVAC was serviced while I was at work one day, but when I got home it wouldn’t turn on. Meg worked with me for over 2 hours to resolve the situation and shortly after 8:00 pm it turned on. Flagship has been a lifesaver managing 3 properties that are owned by a trust. Professional, very detail oriented and efficient. Connor Thompson was very diligent recouping fees from the HOA that were charged incorrectly. We are extremely satisfied with their superb services.
Worst customer service by a property management company! I called on Saturday, left a detailed message about the property I was interested in viewing. No call on Monday, left another message, still no call! Called AGAIN on Wednesday and of course I had to leave a message! I did receive a text telling me I needed to fill out an application and pay the screening process fee before looking at the property! Oh NO! BUT HELL NO! Connor is a hard working, conscientious person, that does what’s best for the property owners, and it shows! Anything that comes up or any mistakes that are made he corrects and get the situation headed in a positive direction.
