After my experience, I’m honestly grateful I no longer have to deal with this company. Maintenance was consistently poor, communication was almost nonexistent unless they needed something from you, and it often felt like tenants were the ones left dealing with the consequences. Interactions with management, especially Bridgette, were frustrating and far from professional.
