Thom was upfront and reasonable with us through the entire purchase, but ended up selling us a car with one bald tire, one that went flat the day after purchase (which appears to be a common thread through some of the reviews on here, look at older posts), and a battery that barely held a charge. He did knock a few hundred dollars off the cost of the car due to a failing radio display, but we had to put the money we saved there into fixing the other issues.
