I had an excellent experience with Flagship Motorcars Commercial Vans in Peabody. Nick was extremely thorough throughout the entire process, provided outstanding customer service, and was very transparent about every detail of the vehicle I was inquiring about. Bill was also a great help and made the experience even smoother. Very disappointed with the customer service. I called to ask about financing a Sprinter for my small business, and the person on the phone was extremely rude and actually hung up on me while I was still talking. I won’t be doing business here.
I was greeted to a communicative and friendly Jake — it seemed that I was in good hands. I was having an issue with my fuel reading on my fuel tank and I wanted to check for leaks. I also had one tire pressure sensor that did not work and wanted it replaced. I was told that they do not work on aftermarket fuel tanks — but I agreed to have them take a look and help me diagnose the issue. I bought a sprinter like a 3 month ago from them And I have the check engine light on. And I went for the service and literally just to look at it just to know what's the problem with the vehicle they was like come back next week in 5 days and i will look at it This is insane and ridiculous.
I expected a lot from them to help me with the car I bought 3 months ago and they told me they don't have experienced staff for the type of car they sold me and now I bought a car that I have to repair on my own. For a moment I thought I had found the best dealership
