I was greeted to a communicative and friendly Jake — it seemed that I was in good hands. I was having an issue with my fuel reading on my fuel tank and I wanted to check for leaks. I also had one tire pressure sensor that did not work and wanted it replaced. I was told that they do not work on aftermarket fuel tanks — but I agreed to have them take a look and help me diagnose the issue. I bought a sprinter like a 3 month ago from them And I have the check engine light on. And I went for the service and literally just to look at it just to know what's the problem with the vehicle they was like come back next week in 5 days and i will look at it This is insane and ridiculous.

I expected a lot from them to help me with the car I bought 3 months ago and they told me they don't have experienced staff for the type of car they sold me and now I bought a car that I have to repair on my own. For a moment I thought I had found the best dealership

I just purchased my first Sprinter from Flagship Motorcars Commercial Vans and I couldn’t be more excited. My salesperson Adriano had the perfect disposition, he was casual, calm and unaggressive. He was able to answer all of my questions and walk me through all of the features of the van. I would highly recommend Adriano and the staff at Flagship.
