Been on Lake Travis for 5 years now and unfortunately have been through several dock services. Connected with Flagship during the 4th of July flood due to my incumbent dock service never returning my calls for help- I won’t mention any names. Flagship answered!! Just want to Thank the team at Flagship Towing, especially Chris and John for their quick response during the July 4th flood event. After I had three docks from 2 different locations float away, they found 2 of the 3 and quickly towed them both back less than 4 hours. I've used these guys for years with my large, private boat dock. Flagship Dock Services are very responsive, get the job done right, and at a fair price.
I wanted to let everyone know about the outstanding service we received from Flagship Dock Services. Within 24 hours of the July 4th flood, their boats were out there capturing my dock and my neighbors docks that had broken their anchors and were in danger of floating away on Lake Travis. They quickly secured the dock until more permanent anchors could be installed. Thank you Flagship for saving my dock and my neighbors docks.
