At first, I had a horrible experience when my cruise got cancelled, however im very pleased to say they absolutely took care of me and my boyfriend! They offered to book another cruise for us and it was completely on them. The boat was beautiful! The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! We can't wait to book another event with flagship. 5 stars isn't enough!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great night. Thank you flagship cruises and events!

I am an events manager and take a group of 20 clients one to two times a month. Whether it be a dinner cruise, holiday brunch or lunch cruise, it's a guaranteed great time! My clients are very happy with the excellent service and friendly staff! Donna is my group sales contact and she always has an upbeat attitude! I have worked with her for 2 years. She is always accommodating to our VIP client needs and special requests. I highly recommend everyone to take friends and family on their cruise line!
My husband and I went on the Sunday Night Prime Rib Dinner Cruise as part of our honeymoon (married 09/19/14) and had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, the staff gracious and the scenery while cruising San Diego Bay PRICELESS! Thank you for making our honeymoon memorable and special!
STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE! HORRIBLE! I took my wife on a 4th of July Flagship Cruise upon the California Spirit Ship. This was supposed to be a picturesque amazing evening to see the fireworks display in the San Diego Bay this past year. I paid nearly $100 for the 2 tickets. IT was supposed to be a family friendly 3 hour cruise of the SD harbor. This cruise was HORRIBLE absolutely retched, how this company stays in business beats me....Continue Reading

Wonderful 2 hour cruise of both North and South trips. Every detail from staff on board to cruise amenities, actual scenery and experience was FIRST CLASS! Thanks for a wonderful mini vacation with the Hubby while he was in town for Business.
