It was a great time, and we saw grey whales breaching at least 4 times, (coming all the way out of the water, ) and saw dolphins also. The only bad thing is that all the parking options are 3 hours, and that’s how long the whale watching lasts. The SD city fathers, in their infinite wisdom and greed have managed to find a revenue source and screw the tourists out of $42.00. Way to go😡.
