They are running a Trump cruise while the nation is crippled by a global pandemic that was completely bungled by Trump and ongoing protests against the racism and police violence encouraged by Trump. Which guarantees this company will never see a penny of my money. Hornblower all the way! Also note that Hornblower contributes to local charities and I have never heard of Flagship doing so. Not that it surprises me one bit!
They are running a cruise in San Diego honoring President Trump on Jue 13th. The most insensitive day to run a cruise due to recent violations in black civil liberties

Keep politics out of your business. Your support of the Donald Trump boat parade is not only disturbing, since he’s running our country into the ground, but very alienating to your clients. I am local and will never again use your services.
Flagship cruises is joining a gun shop owner for his Trump rally. I would never support a business like this! Have some decency.
I have booked a lot of cruises with Flagship in the past but will go to Hornblower since Flagship is involved in a Support Trump boat rally. I will spread the word to all my friends as well.
I just saw they were having a boat in the trump boat parade. I will never patronize this company again.
Been in San Diego a long time and have taken many cruises with this company, but will not be taking any more. I cannot support anyone who supports Trump or the ideas he stands for.
