Horrible! I received a text message from them the day my payment was due. Went online by clicking on the link THEY SENT ME, and paid MORE than my car payment online through my account. 2 weeks later I start getting calls about my payment being LATE! They only applied a quarter of what I paid to my car payment and the rest to “miscellaneous fees”! This company promotes for you to set up auto payments at no cost but something is wrong with their auto pay so the payment will bounce and they charge you $30 return check fee and 2 additional $15 fees on your account plus your daily interest fee until you catch it! They are a damn rip off! I called and complained about the issue and they will not refund my money saying that it was my fault I had to set up the information myself! This company is by far the worst financial institution to have a loan with. Even trying to pay off my car was the worst experience I have had. Every representative is extremely rude and are so unprofessional!! They never do what you request! If that is emailing a receipt, speaking with a supervisor, or requesting payment help. I would not recommend, EVER!! If I can give 0 stars I would.

I called to ask for a deferment for my loan because we where affected by COVID19 and I have never missed a payment and have always paid 2 weeks ahead of time and they told me that they aren't approving any deferments for the this month and that they cant help. I have been having a lot of problems with flagship credit I have been making my payment and they keep reporting late. and 2018 it was a hurricane for august September and October, I was told by a flagship credit employee that I had a three-month grace point due to the hurricane they told me they will push the payment back until I was back at work. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They gouge you with their high rates and I understand that you may have to use them because of your credit score. Just know, they gave me bad information, I was running late on my payment, although I was going to pay it by the 29th day, so that it is not a 30 day late that will hit your credit report. I went online, they said they had customer service people available on Saturday and Sunday to call in. I went to pay this on Sunday (29 days late, not 30). theses are the most rude and unprofessional individuals that i every traded with, or worked with. this teaches you to take card of your credit scores, so that you would not have to deal with theses kind of individuals.
