Worst wash quality of any carwash I've ever been to. I use Vienna frequently, flawless. Paid $20 and my car looked like a leopard from the spots. Windows are still hazy and tires got no shine. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION
My experience at Flagship. Located on12831 Harbor drive, on February 24th was a complete nightmare. Not only did their equipment damage my car, but they have since ignored every attempt I've made to resolve the issue. If you care about your vehicle, stay far away from this place. While using their automated car wash, I heard loud, unusual noises. When I exited, I immediately noticed fresh scratches on the top of my car, plus a broken sunroof shield.
