I just got the best Express Detail ever at this new place and I will definitely be going back. In less than half hour, and for $49, my car came out sparkling. They did everything, wash, windows, vacuum, dash etc etc. But the hand wax was the best part. This place is so cool. Its totally Green, and very modern. I felt like was in a Chipolte or something. I went to Mr. Wash when they were not busy. In fact, there was not a soul behind me. I was trying to read the sign to choose my wash and the workers kept yelling at me to pull up. They said there's a sign up here you can read. I was trying to collect my trash and valuables and they practically pushed me out fo the way. I can see the rush when there is a line, but come on, no one is waiting, what's the point? When I walked in to pay, I was "greeted" by a cashier who looked like she'd rather be anywhere but there. The car wash had left a wax residue on my car, plus it had put scratches on it to. I tried to talk to the manager and owner and they blamed it on the dealer that I got it from. They were saying that the dealer left wax on the car and that the scratches were there from the dealer. I took my car to the dealer and they said that we do not put wax on the cars and that they have proof about it. They also said that there were no scratches on the car when it was sold to me.
