I took my mother's car here for a wash (I used to bring my car all the time when I lived closer) and it turned out to be a huge disaster. Everything was normal at first, I chose the most expensive wash, I went and paid, and then as soon as I went outside to pick up the car, they pulled me over to tell me I had a flat tire! UM WHAT? I most definitely didn't have a flat tire when I got there. On 1/26/17 they charged me $60 for an "Exterior Express Detailing," but all they did is run it through the car wash and vacuum the inside. They were supposed to wax and buff out the entire exterior. Don't do business with this outfit. It is a ripoff.
DO NOT EVER take your car here! The worst place ever! Not just that my car came out dirty but they broke my mirror as well! The manager said it didn't happen there! Well it wasn't broken when I drove in and was broken when they gave me back my car so yes it did happen in the Carwash! But as they didn't take the responsibility I called the police right away. This place doesn't even warrant one star but I had to give them one in order to post my review. Don't go there they hire employees that steal. I had $350.00 worth of lottery tickets that were stolen out of my console of my car. I said something to them and they said for me to look in the trash cans maybe they got thrown away. They were not laying out in plain site so why would they be in the trash cans- really! The cleaning was great!!! But Be careful!!! Before leaving your car, take ALL your goods with you, because i forgot to take the charger of my iphone. And someone took it :/ And i know it was there, I drove from my place to Flagship and back, non stop in between.
Very poor customer service, average quality at best. Poor quality for the price charged. The owner, the thin mustached man, and the woman behind the counter are not friendly and act as if they are annoyed when you ask a question. I rarely hake my car there because they are so rude. The few times I have taken it there because I was pressed for time I have regretted it. Go down the street to the shell gas station if you have to have your car cleaned right away. Never go there, save yourself time and money, I booked my Full detail few days before, told me to come at 9 a.m., so I went at 9 a.m. that morning, then they told me they had over booked cars, come back at 1 pm, so I told a long lunch from work, turn out when I came back at 1 pm they still didn't finish the car from the morning, I would be the third car on the list. The car wash uses the long wool strips which can capture car dirt and debris and can scratch your paint finish. Not brushless. The blowers do not dry your car so your car will have streaks from the water coming out from the mirrors, hood, doors and trunk areas they don't wipe down, ruining the clean look. The wash is ok but not great, with the employees hurried to get you out and get the next car through. The people that work there are indiffernent to your needs and quite frankly rude. Very disappointed,I would have gave the Woodbridge Va location No stars but that wasnt an option when writing the review... I went to this carwash notice once how fast the employees were driving the cars into the wash area at a high speed. Well little to my surprise they rammed my Landrover into the back of a BMW ...backed up and rammed it into the car again. I was told by the person who was driving my vehicle that their foot slipped.
