I stopped by this location on Wednesday 3/12 to get my new Volvo cleaned up on a sunny day. Low and behold when I got home I realized my vehicle was damaged from their machine. This is ridiculous. I will not return to any of the Flagship locations after this. This is over $1000 of damage to my vehicle. Their machines chipped and marked up the lower side skirts of my SUV under both the driver and passenger doors. Unreal! Users beware!!
Love this place! Makes my truck look so good! Can't wait for the Glen Burnie MD location to open.
