They are liars. They say they put equipment on the truck and don’t have the decency to let U-Haul know that they did not put a dolly on the truck. Then continue to charge for items not received!

BE CAREFUL!!! DON'T TAKE TOLL ROADS CUZ UHAUL WILL CHARGE YOU $1 FOR EACH TOLL!!! I PAY 20 FEES CUZ I WAS HIT 20 TIMES GOING TO SUNRISE AND COMING BACK TO PSL. MY TOLL FEE WAS $26 TOTAL AND MY UHAUL FEE WAS $20 TOTAL. MORE THAN MY "F" RENTAL! BEAWARE
Got rerouted to this location. Was greeted by a miserable old blonde who was nothing but annoyed and disrespectful. If you're going to use this location make sure you have some patience.
Everything was great! From the office staff to the guys in the yard hooking up the trailer for you! Been using this location my whole life and will continue to do so. Thanks!
