Fast and easy rental services. They staff is always so willing to assist
It took me over an hour to pick up my truck. They told me I had to walk a mile to park my car and then walk to get the truck. They could not even give me the address for the location of the truck. The counter person just said that what the boss says and I can't change it. They did not tell me that they can't operate their location due to construction on their parking lot. They are not equipped to handle more than one person at a time. You can't park your vehicle there and they don't tell you ahead of time. They are rude and uncooperative. I suggest getting your U-Haul anywhere else. Took one hour to get my reservation.
They are liars. They say they put equipment on the truck and don’t have the decency to let U-Haul know that they did not put a dolly on the truck. Then continue to charge for items not received!
