When I brought my car in to be cleaned inside and out, I was charged the "SUV" price. Um, I drive a Mazda5, not a CX-5 or CX-9. I asked again to make sure. Never in all my years of going to Main Street Car Wash or Dr. Wash or GumSpring Car Wash have I ever been told I have to pay the SUV price (my car is a 2010 model so I've been washing it for a lot of years. My first time since under Flagship ownership. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I paid 50.00 because I wanted to make sure the inside and wheels got cleaned well. Unfortunately, the wheels were not cleaned, there was still residue that did not come off in car wash, rubber floor mats were not done well. I had to ask them to go back and re-do and they were more than happy to take care of but noticed the wheels were still not done.
Awesome job. Monthly subscription is totally worth it!
The crew is fabulous, fast and attentive. Unlimited monthly passes are the way to go, especially for families on the go who wants clean whips! Check them out!!
