The team here is courteous and professional, and I want to recognize their good service. Unfortunately, the location lacks a public restroom for customers. On our last visit, my young daughter needed to go urgently and, with no restroom available, she had an accident. It was stressful and avoidable. For families and anyone who may have to wait, a customer restroom is essential. I hope management will prioritize adding one.
This is really frustrating and disappointing to see that you’ve changed the closing time. It used to be 8:00 PM, and now all of a sudden it’s 6:30 PM. I have seven cars under membership with you, and the 8:00 PM window was very convenient for me and many others. Changing it to 6:30 PM is not only disappointing for me, but also for people who finish work late and count on getting a wash on the way home. I really hope you’ll reconsider this change.
