The worse customer service from this car wash. I don’t recommend this location at all. Rude employees that disrespect people.

They went completely above and beyond to help me out, showing incredible kindness, patience, and professionalism. I've been going to this car wash ever since it was called the "Smart Car Wash," and I can tell you it wasn't smart. The decision to change it from Smart Car Wash to Flagship Car Wash was a smart idea (no pun intended). I pay 39 bucks a month for one car. This may seem like a good deal to some, but it's really not. Every time I go to this carwash, I expect my car to be washed, have soap applied, and have their rollers rub all the dirt and grime off it.
