I paid $59 for the top of the line interior and exterior wash. It was a waste of money. My car had not been very dirty to begin with and still had dirt and grime on the exterior. The windows were not cleaned, the seats were not wiped down, cup holders still had crumbs in them, the center console was not wiped down, the steering wheel was not wiped down. I got home and had to wash my car inside and out.

This place has an awesome set up. But recently the weekend staff were very disinterested. They did not even attempt to use a wet rag on the backseat that had some stains from baby milk. I easily wiped it down with a rag and a spray bottle after the wash. For $44 full service you think they’d be willing to wipe down the seats quickly. Normally, this place is awesome, but I don’t know if the staff was very interested in paying attention. The price continues to go up here and I leave a tip every time. They always do a decent job. 30 minutes in and out on a busy Saturday is solid. No attention to detail for $44. Buy the cheapest was and clean the rest yourself. They didn’t even open my mirror back up and wipe it…

I’ve been using Flagship Car Wash in Northern Virginia for many years, going back to when the original Herndon location was actually excellent. Back then, you paid and left with a genuinely clean vehicle commiserate with the services requested and prices paid. But that experience appears to be long gone. Over the years, Flagship has bought up car wash after car wash throughout Northern Virginia.
