Worst customer service ever. I’m an Unlimited customer, and I recently changed my car and wanted to update my new vehicle information in the system. The employee who assisted me at the entrance was extremely rude. When I politely asked for confirmation that my vehicle details were updated correctly, she yelled at me and said she already did it. Do NOT waste your hard earned money at this car wash. After paying $44 for ext and int my car was no cleaner than when I came in. The interior cleaning crew spent more time laughing and flirting with each other than cleaning my car. It was so poorly cleaned (vacuum non existent, lots of dust left on my dash and center console I had to come back through and clean it myself in the self service bay (I should have asked for a refund) which the hose to the vacuum was broken on one side and pretty sure the "glass cleaner" is water... read more
