This is the best Flagship location I've been to yet. Its huge. Multi-step washing and thorough cleaning. Wheel cleaning and tire shine was the best I've had yet also. Nice big drying and vacuum stations as well. Wish I lived closer so I could go every week.
Got my car window scratched with one of their brushes. Tried talking with a manager, Anthony came trying for me not to fill an incident report because he said it’ll most likely be denied. Due to him looking at the cameras and saying it was there before. I went thru the entrance 2 times one for the wash and one to try and talk with someone about it.
