I am an 87-year old widow who's family had purchased carwash vouchers for as a gift. The vouchers have no expiration dates on them. I do not get out much. Recently, I drove to what used to be Embassy carwash on Fairfax Blvd to realize it had been bought out by Flagship. A large piece of cloth became lodged in the hood of my 3 month old car during the wash. A car wash employee yanked and pulled to get it out and tried to pound the fender back into place with his hands. After waiting nearly 3 weeks, we got a call from the manager, Chris who told us that they aren’t responsible. They say the space between the hood and the fender was too large so it’s not their problem. On my 3 month old Honda? Um, no. See you in small claims court, Flagship. Count on it.
