I had a really disappointing experience with Flagship. I originally signed up for a membership but ended up canceling in August after repeated issues — every time I went to the car wash, the gate wouldn’t open even though I had the barcode on my car. I constantly had to wait for an employee to manually let me in, and sometimes my car would still come out dirty.
