My daughter went there with my car and not even 5 minutes into her vacuuming was bombarded by a young man who asked if she was a member. She said "yes" and then was asked for her license plate, then phone numbers, etc. She gave them those things and they said the car wasn't found in the system. I've been coming here for more than a year. Turns out I misplaced the sticker (i keep it in the glove box) since I was cleaning out the car and we moved back to VA so I had a different license plate. Jeremy Cruz from the Hoadly Rd helped me with renewing my membership and he was very friendly. Fast & efficient too!!
Took my sedan through the super wash and was far from pleased. Whatever the gentleman acted like he was spraying on the vehicle was pointless. A few squirts here and there made it obvious he did not care what he was doing. The end result of the wash was atrocious, get a better wash driving through a rainstorm. The vacuum stations are decent, the moist towels are nice to wipe off the mess the wash was supposed to. Waste of $20 bucks but it is what it is.
