I normally use a full service auto wash and often times the vehicle is not cleaned. I used this car wash 4 times and I really enjoy the process of wiping down myself. I know it was done to my liking. I’ve signed up all 3 of my vehicles for memberships.Thus far, no issues. The only thing I would recommend is trimming the trees around the sign. It’s hidden coming from Prince William Park Way. There’s seems to be recent problems with the wash tunnel I’m finding scratches and the last three times I’ve been there’s still lots of dirt on my car. I’ve brought it up several times and even tried to go through again to get it clean only to have some gentlemen argue with me about how we only get one a day. I went today and tried to tell a worker walking amongst the cars but she didn’t understand the issue. Sadly cancelled
