My dad is a retired veteran and longtime Flagship customer with multiple memberships, so this experience was incredibly disappointing. He recently took our family van through the Hoadly Road location. the wash system barely washes the car half the add ons never come on. the vacuum area has awful suction clean rags are not really clean and soaking wet the air barely has pressure. overall very poor and useless. i have to go get my car wash again because it did nothing but smear dirt around.
