I recently visited Flagship Car Wash, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During the wash, my driver-side mirror was damaged, and I also noticed scratches on my vehicle afterward. When I raised the issue, the staff called a manager, but the interaction was unprofessional. The manager was unwilling to properly address my concerns and refused to take responsibility for repairing the damaged mirror. After a a few times of using the wash with my unlimited car wash membership, I started noticing more scratches. I didn’t notice it initially at first when I dried my car due to lack of lighting in the drying bay area at the car wash but noticed it more when it was under the bright sun. When I called their customer service to report it, they stated I needed to report it then and there.
