I like this carwash
Drive up staff was friendly, explained package deals, I paid for a top level wash ($25.99). Entered the wash bay and away we went. The wash ride was odd for a deluxe option. I didnt see much foam or anything that indicated I was receiving the wash package I purchased. Towards the end of the wash bay is where the clear coat, spot free rinse, etc.. is located. Overpriced for basic washes ($15) and too pushy for you to get a membership, even when I said I’m out of town. I asked for the basic on the 14th, the screen said super wash ($20) so I asked again to make sure it was the $15 one. He said yes. When he asked if I wanted the receipt, I said yes (he was surprised at this). After like a minute he gave me a receipt that did say $15 basic, so I went through the wash. I took my car to this car wash and when I came out, I noticed scratches on the windshield and side mirror. There was no manager on site to address the issue. One of the employees sent photos and my car information to the manager, so I had to take time off work and return the next day to speak with them. The manager said the scratch on the mirror casing had been there before (according to their camera check), and they refused to accept responsibility for the windshield scratch because they couldn’t verify if it was pre-existi... read more
