I ordered a carpet for my 1st grade classroom that matched my other carpet for when I do small groups and partner work. Amazon sent me the wrong carpet and they directed me to contact Flagship. When I did, I was met with hostility. She “didn’t understand why they would send me to Flagship customer service.”The customer service person did not understand as to why I had to use it when I still have students in my classroom for summer school and needed it for small groups. These are very beautiful and high-quality carpets. We did have serious issues with ordering them on Amazon, with them repeatedly, sending the wrong size Carpet, different from what we ordered!! Contacting Amazon, about these type of issues is fruitless and aggravating! I contacted flagship carpets customer service, and they promptly corrected the situation by sending me the correct Carpet. I appreciate very much for making things right because we had a place for the Carpet, and was very disappointed that Amazon could not see... read more
