These are very beautiful and high-quality carpets. We did have serious issues with ordering them on Amazon, with them repeatedly, sending the wrong size Carpet, different from what we ordered!! Contacting Amazon, about these type of issues is fruitless and aggravating! I contacted flagship carpets customer service, and they promptly corrected the situation by sending me the correct Carpet.
