In March, I asked for my membership package to be lowered to the next tier for the next month and it was immediately changed that day. I didn't receive a refund for the last 5 days of my original cycle. Now in May I sent a message to cancel my membership at the end of my current cycle. I did it 48 hours prior to the charge on my credit card, their policy is 24 hours. Still I was charged for the month. I sent numerous messages asking to cancel and to be refunded, but nothing. If I could give this place a zero I would. I went through their car wash and their blower tore off my fin antenna. This fix will cost me $600 dollars and they are taking no blame saying it has never happened before. That it must have been damaged and all they will do is give me back my money I paid for the car wash. I take very good care of my vehicles and it is only a 2016. This place has poor customer service and never had any intentions of doing the right thing.

I have to tell you how surprised I was Sunday morning when getting off work at the Naval station in Norfolk and stopping by the Carwash at the main exchange. There on the the screen when I pulled up to go through the wash was a note taped to it for a FREE car wash for Veterans!!! Saving me $20 for the wash I usually get!! What a great deal. This Navy Vet says Thank you. With a move like that you will continue to have my business.

Do not use this car wash!!!! I purchased the most expensive wash ($20). Took my BMW through the wash and have extensive scratches all over my car. The roof is scratched so bad that you can see white through the black paint. Even the glass on the windshield and moonroof is scratched. Which I didn't think was possible. I have come to expect some light swirl marks from automatic car washes but this was completely unacceptable.
