Been racing extreme carts for 15 years and now I get carded and shut down over not having drivers license on my person. Copy of state ID not good enough
It was dirty and crowded. The staff was less than helpful and rude. They allot one hour for a party, originally told 1:30-3. Upon arrival we’re told they had to clean up at 2:30. Giving only one hour for the party.

I absolutely love going there I usually go Fridays and Saturday there has been a couple of times where I get accused of riding to many times “meaning I’m not paying for all of my rides” I am an upright and honest person and with as much as much as I spend there a night it is wrong they should have cameras there anyways I wish I could say nothing but good things about this place but I cannot because this is wrong
Arcade was fun, friends enjoyed the batting cages, and the 40+ MPH go karts were fun as heck. Definitely be back next time I'm out here!
There is fun for all ages. Enjoyed the option of renting the softball cage for a half an hour. I believe my husband enjoyed it more than the kids.
I spent $30 on 2 tickets for biz karts and didn't get a chance to use them nor was I informed they could be turned in and used as a credit towards my next visit. I came In today planning on using them and was told that I can not use them nor can they take them as a credit.... when I asked why I no longer had the option of using them I received a glare from the gal working the register and the large man leaning on the countertop. they were very rude and short with me. I am a teacher in an elementary school in the Black Hills. I hear so many good things about students' experiences at Flags and Wheels. They love going there with friends and family! So I ask the manager each year for a few passes to use as an insentive for promoting good Character Traits at our school. They are very generous, and we so appreciate it! Thank you Flags and Wheels!
