I ordered an embroidered 250th Anniversary Betsy Ross flag and it is of fabulous quality. I would definitely order from them again!

I think one of the most frustrating things about customer service is having to talk to AI instead of actual humans. One of the most frustating things about wanting high quality is sometimes you can't afford it. I think that's why I love Flags USA. Items weren't looked at before sending so I got a one flag with sharpie and ink splotches and another that completely did not match the photos (despite having dynamic photos per size on shopify suggesting photos match the selection). I was badgered by some Sandie woman for not reading the fine print in the description about photos not matching the sizes then belittled for being a part of a military family that doesn't know what the "header" of a flag is (sorry, I design software, not flags).
