I was in the middle of placing my order when something came up I had to address, and decided to complete the order later. Won't be doing that now since they refuse to stop sending me spam emails asking me to complete my checkout, despite how many times I "unsubscribe" from them. Guess what guys, you already lost the sale to someone else for these relentless emails. If you EVER hope to get my business, stop emailing me!
DISAPPOINTING. I ordered a 3 x 5 cotton flag and it arrived stuffed in a US Postal Service mailer. This mailer did not have the zip open feature. I thought this was another item that I had ordered and proceeded to cut open the package. Not surprisingly I cut into the unprotected flag in the mailer. The flag is ruined. Flags Unlimited says that I need to buy another flag and send them an email with instructions to ship the flag in a box. That is their policy. They will not offer any assistance on a new flag. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND MISLEADING INFORMATION. Maximum Disappointment with Flags Unlimited. I ordered a product expecting to receive the product as displayed on their website “add to cart” page. However, upon the arrival, only part of the displayed product was delivered. Called Flag Unlimited and was advised that all that was displayed was not included. I verified that their description did not reference nor exclude the missing component. Again very disappointing.

Flags Unlimited installed our 30’ flag pole several years ago in our yard, still perfectly straight!
I ordered a 3' x 5' U.S.M.C. Sleeved, made in the U.S.A., flag online. I was notified that my order would be filled by this company. I received a "Made in China, non-sleeved (grommet mount) flag. Since this was a credit card transaction, I contacted VISA and had the payment reversed, based on false advertising and misrepresentation of the product. I am now awaiting the company's response, I really want to hear their justification or explanation.
