Excellent customer service. Have flagpole over 10 years no problems. Big wind broke internal sleeve. Called Flagpole Farms and was informed that the parts were covered by warranty. They immediatly shipped parts and instructions to replace. Received parts in just a few days. Very satisfied. would recommend pole for durability, quality and customer service.
