This is hands down my favorite spot at Flagler. I have tried other healthy stores near the area and always got a weird chemical taste in my mouth. Cindy was not only super helpful but she was very knowledgeable about her products. I didn't feel like she was just trying to sell me stuff, she really wanted to just help me and make me feel better... and she did!!!! The teas are amazing!!!! Please do yourself a favor and check this spot out!!!

Awesome people, awesome products and right next to the beach!! Very kid friendly too. Love this place!!
I come here every morning & get everything i need! they introduced me to alot of things to start my journey! i love Maria & Cindy so much they’re the sweetest! Best nutrition shop in Flagler county!!
