Me and my wife are really disappointed in this establishment and will not be returning. We tipped our waitress in cash (Britney), wrote cash clearly on the receipt, but had an additional +20% tip added onto my wife’s credit card after the charge went through. Really unprofessional. Really disappointed with this place.
I’m super disappointed in this establishment and will not be returning, nor will my family members who all live locally. I tipped my waitress in cash (Britney), wrote cash clearly on the receipt, but had an additional +20% tip added onto my credit card after the charge went through. I never bring copies of my receipts home from restaurants because I never felt the need to. But because of this place I will do so moving forward. So unprofessional. So tacky. So disappointing as someone who grew up here locally.
