Probably the worst experience with a florist ever. Ordered an arrangement for my wife (anniversary) and had it delivered to her office. There are "upgrades" in stages that claim more of the same flowers in the arrangement. There's a final step that they claim has even more flowers and they are the best of the bunch. Started at $89, went to $110, and I ordered the best of the best at $140. I included her favorite chocolate (Ferrero Rocher) as an additional add on. Tipped $30. Total was $220ish. We recently celebrated our wedding were we used this company for our ceremony and reception flowers and they did a fantastic job! They sent us photos in advance to ensure we were happy with everything and the set up and take down went great as well. I would recommend using this company!

This company has to be one of the worst organizations I have ever had the opportunity to work with in a long time. I am not sure if something changed, but at this time, they really need to find a way to return to their previous quality. I have called on multiple occasions as well as left voicemails and spoke to someone directly at your offices. DO NOT order from here. Absolutely disgusted. Not only was the order wrong but the so called “owner” just wants to argue on the phone and try to prove he’s right, which he was not! than take care of the customer. Worst customer service I have ever come across. They should just close the doors and find another hobby.
